| Successful energy performance contracts require effective communication with all water and energy users, and education is a key part of Water & Energy Savings Corporation's communication process. Management/Administrative Staff, Maintenance Staff and Resident Training (when applicable) is included in our initial project and tailored to your needs. Manuals and hands-on training are provided on the maintenance requirements and operation of newly installed equipment that will be maintained by facility staff. In addition to standard maintenance practices for installed equipment, we train maintenance staff on conducting proper combustion and carbon monoxide testing. Training on water leak testing and electronic combustion equipment can also be provided. We also provide multi-family and other clients with training for management, residents and facility users. Training emphasizes individual responsibility for conservation and helps clients optimize the gains of installed energy conservation measures. |
